To follow the same procedure as for Tooth Extraction but with additional recommendation as follow :- .

1. On the first day after the surgery, even if there is no swelling, it is recommended to apply cold pack (or ice wrapped in small towel) to the area of the face closest to the wound to help reduce swelling that will occur on the following days. However, do not suck on ice cubes.
2. The swelling usually starts on the second day after the surgery and continue throughout the first week. Durgin this time, limit strenuous sports and water sports.
3. Maintain soft diet during the first week.
4. Return to your dentist at the end of one week for suture removal (if indicated by oyur dentist)
