1. Pain may persist for the first few days after the treatment. Pain relief medication can be taken if necessary.
  2. During the first week after the root canal treatment, avoid chewing any kind of food on the treated side. After the first week up until completion of the permanent restoration ot the treated tooth, avoid using that tooth to chew hard food in order to avoid tooth fracture.
  3. Contact Bangkok Dental Center if the pain persists for more than a few days after treatment or if gum swelling occurs.
